Monitoring and Evaluation is a key component of result-based and performance-based management. We design, plan, undertake and manage evaluations to strengthen project management, governance and institutional development. Moreover, we provide guidance in policy initiation and programme changes based on our evaluation of policies, programs and projects.

We also facilitate the development of evidence-based evaluation culture which serves as platform for project planners and leaders in the execution and delivery of physical infrastructure and social sector interventions, enabling project managers to utilise monitoring and evaluation as an indispensable demands response tool for greater accountability on resource utilization and for a more systematic process for improving the likelihood of development interventions achieving desired goals and objectives.
